Actually waizfa or dua where no such specific time is given it is best to read it as per your convenience. though asar time is said to be the best. you can also read it after any namaaz either 3 times,7 times or 11 times or even more and then blow on the patient and blow on the water and give it to the patient to drink.
if you remember it by heartyou can just read it many times at any time of the day. We never know at which time Allah will listen to our prayer and grant us shifa.
There are also some other dua right? Starting with"rabbunalahu illadhee fissamaayi thakadhasa asmuka................................haadhal vajhi".is this dua the continuation of what i told now??
